Sales and loading network

Our sales network is composed of 3 types of establishments:

  • STO service points: Issuance of personalized Multi cards, sale of occasional tickets and cardboard tickets, reloading, refund request, cancellation, etc.
  • Point of sale: sale of occasional tickets and card reloading
  • Ticket retail outlets: ticket sales only.
