Attendant Privileges Card for Visual Impairment

The attendant privileges card (Carte Privilège d'accompagnement) allows attendants accompanying persons with a visual impairment free access to the services of the Société de transport de l'Outaouais (STO).

How to use the card

The attendant privileges card should be shown to the bus driver when boarding.

Fare

Riders with a visual impairment must pay the applicable fare based on their category and use.

Upon showing the STO attendant privileges card, attendants accompanying a rider with a visual impairment can travel for free on the system.
