Service Interruptions

In the case of snowstorms, freezing rain or an emergency situation that disrupts the use of vehicles, service may be interrupted temporarily. In such situations, a notice to paratransit riders will be published on the STO’s Web site.

If the interruption occurs after the trip to the destination, the paratransit service will make sure that return transportation home is provided as soon as possible.
