Calls for Tenders
The Société de transport de l'Outaouais (STO) applies strict ethical principles when awarding contracts to suppliers. The Act Respecting Public Transit Authorities (R.S.Q., c. S-30.01) governs the supply process followed by the STO. It also governs the framework generated by a supply policy that has been adopted and revised by the member of the Board of Directors (CA-2007-076).
In compliance with its contract management policy, the STO publishes its calls for tenders on the Quebec government's official Web site for tender notice, the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO).
