Changing a trip

Our concern is to offer quality paratransit service to as many people as possible. The service hours are therefore determined accordingly. It may happen that a last-minute change to the time or pick-up and drop-off locations cannot be accommodated.

Depending on service availability, we can treat the request like a last-minute reservation. Requests for changes must be made the day before or on the same morning as of 6 a.m.

Cancelling a trip

Riders must inform Customer Relations by telephone, and not the driver, if a trip must be cancelled, whether it is for just one trip or a vacation period.
