Attendant Privileges Card (Authorized Service Animals)
The attendant privileges card (Carte Privilège d'accompagnement) allows a rider to be accompanied by a service animal when boarding a Société de transport de l'Outaouais (STO) bus. This card is not required for Mira service dogs.
How to use the card
The attendant privileges card should be shown to the bus driver when boarding.
Fare
Riders must pay the applicable fare based on their category and use.
Upon showing the STO attendant privileges card, the service animal can board for free.
