Reminder calls
Improving our service, giving our customers peace of mind and keeping them safe is what we strive for. To that end, we have introduced a new automated call system. We offer two types of calls.
Automated reminder call the day before your booking
Everyone with a booking will receive an automated call between 6 and 9 p.m. the day before.
Imminent arrival notification call
Everyone with a booking will receive an automated call approximately 8 minutes before the vehicle's expected arrival.
It may happen that you do not get a call due to circumstances beyond our control. So always be ready to get into your vehicle at the appointed time.
Registering for the service
You must apply for this service by calling 819-773-2222. You can cancel at any time.
This service is available for regular or occasional trips, or both. Regular trips are the ones that you schedule repeatedly, for instance for work. Occasional trips are the ones you schedule from time to time, for instance for medical appointments.
