2 Multi card designs. Exactly the same features.

With the introduction of our new visual identity, the design of the Multi smart card was also revamped to show our new colours and logo.

As a result, in the next few weeks, you will begin to see a Multi card design that looks different from the one you know.

However, rest assured that this card has exactly the same features as your own and that you do not need to replace it.

Keep your current card

Your current card is still valid and offers the same features as the new design:
•    Your preferred transit passes
•    The e-wallet to pay for occasional trips
•    Your transfers managed electronically on the STO's system
•    Your transfers on the OC Transpo system
New smart cards to be issued gradually

This new card will be issued gradually to new riders or to replace lost or stolen cards.

If you would nevertheless like to change to the new design, a fee of $10 (non-taxable) applies. If your card has no cash value, the fee is $8 (non-taxable). In this way, we hope to avoid unnecessary waste.
