Adjustments made to the Rapibus Plani-Bus

Published : 09-24-2013

Ajustements apportés au Plani-Bus Rapibus

On the Rapibus Plani-Bus launch a problem occurred with the database for certain bus routes, namely routes 100 and 810. The required adjustments have now been made, and as a result, we invite riders concerned by these routes to plan their trip again in order to get a new itinerary.

Since the new system offers improved frequencies, in particular on neighbourhood routes, it is important to use the "Leave later" or "Leave earlier" options to get the shortest itinerary. For example, if you usually take the bus at 7:30 a.m., you should request a departure a few minutes earlier or later in order to better time your connection with the Rapibus corridor.

Remember that the proposed itinerary also includes the time it takes to walk to the stop and between the local platform and the Rapibus station, as well as the transfer time. The itinerary proposed by Plani-Bus is therefore complete and is not limited to only the time on the bus.

While we have been very meticulous, it is possible that some adjustments may be necessary, because a large amount of data has been integrated into the Rapibus Plani-Bus. Feel free to contact Customer Relations at 819 770-3242. Our team is available to help you get your personalized itinerary.
