Update routes 22,23,24,29,40,41,44,45,46,47: no service on prom. du Portage and Hôtel-de-Ville in the morning only as of May 13

A reserved lane on Alexandre-Taché Boulevard and on Laurier will facilitate access to Portage bridge.
Bus stops are installed at Taché/Montcalm and Laurier/Laval. Please get off at these stops if you are going in this area. In the aternoon peak period, buses are using usual route; please go to stops on Hôtel-de-Ville or Portage.
