The STO – a proud partner of the Gatineau Beerfest

Published : 04-12-2016

For the fifth consecutive year, the Société de transport de l'Outaouais (STO) is proud to be part of the success of the Gatineau summer Beerfest by offering event-goers free access to the STO's bus system. This year, the festivities will be held at the Canadian Museum of History from Thursday, May 26, until Saturday, May 28.

During the event, festival visitors will be able to travel for free throughout the STO's regular bus system and on paratransit by showing their wrist pass or Beerfest ticket.

The STO would like to encourage the use of responsible transportation by providing easier access to public transit for people headed to the Gatineau Beerfest.

The STO enables more than 85,000 event visitors to avoid the hassles and worries of having to deal with traffic congestion and looking for parking around the major events that are held annually in the region. The STO's collaboration when it comes to transportation planning helps contribute to their success year after year.
