Public consultation report – Review of the service for fall 2023
For the first time since the start of the pandemic, the STO is reviewing the offer of service in certain sectors of Gatineau, in anticipation of the fall service, which will begin on August 28, 2023.
Between February 27 and March 19, a public consultation was carried out with the population and targeted 3 main sectors:
- Labrosse/Lorrain sector;
- Buckingham and Masson-Angers sectors;
- Plateau/Manoir des Trembles sectors.
A total of 289 online questionnaires were completed.
This summer, an information campaign will present the upcoming changes to the network and allow customers plan their trips.
